Two people interviewed me, one from the engineering department, one from the HR. They asked a few questions regrading to how much you know about mineral processing. Also they were interested in what do you do for recreation, due to the town is pretty small. If you like golf or kayak, or any sort of outdoor activities, this is the place to go!
how do you achieve goals
They ask about situations where you might be in where you would have to make a decision toward either productivity or safety.

Is it okay to fail?
If there is a person at your group who you do not like much. Then ow will you work with him?
I try to focus on the specific location (worksite) only and not bother about the other mines the company owns. This was what caught me out.
What is your understanding of safety at work?
I would summarize the interviews as very informal and the supervisor was really trying to see if this role would be a great fit for myself and vice versa. No question was difficult at all and it was more of a back-and-forth conversation about how the role was developed and what the expectations were over the initial few months
