Pretty typical. This is just my second job out of college so I have only been through a few interviews. My interview with mindWireless was pretty much as expected. I scheduled the interview though a recruiter and then came into the office for a series of interviews. I came back to the office for a second interview and received an offer about 2 weeks later. I had to go through a background check (criminal, credit) as well as a drug test.
