I hope you went through my offer letter which I was attached, I am already having offer with 3.7LPA. It doesn't make sense for you to offer me 3.3 LPA. If you are serious on this, please try to filter candidates even before taking interview on expected CTC. Do not try to waste my time or yours with this kind of un-expected reply from you.I already informed your HR that i will only attend interview if you are fine with 4 LPA to which he agreed. It looked like they didn't even take a look at the exercise project I sent them or to my previous projects; futhermore it has been quite hard, since everytime I came up with a solution they always told me to improve it.
Questioning was very basic. Job description clearly showed they were looking for a range of development experience, but in reality they were only searching for highly experienced senior level dev's.
There were no questions, no checking of my credentials, no testing of my skills. Just a few conversations on the phone about dogs.
