First part - video interview: Describe a situation when you had to make a quick decision based on limited information. What action did you take and what was the result? Other questions were similar situation questions based on past experience. Describe it, what action was made and what the result was. Second part: games-based assessments (about 5-6 assessments) 1. Maths-based: click on 2 numbers that make up the resulting given number with a specified mathematical operation, i.e. division, addition, multiplication, subtraction. This was timed. 2. Pattern sequence: logical sequence questions. This was timed. 3. Personality-based: given about 100 questions with 2 photos for each question. Click the photo that you feel that describes you the most. No time limit.
They asked me mostly personal questions such as, why did I came to Netherlands, what separates me among other candidates, why I think this vacancy is good for me and some technical ones such as my thesis, my grades on my masters and what would I do in a specific situation which varies on occasion regarding to the position, I guess. The interviewers were friendly .
