First, they set up an initial interview info screening. They'll discuss your background and give a surface level overview of their program. They are trying to find out of you have the basic technical capabilities listed, and are willing to relocate.
If that goes well, the second step is a technical assessment. It's the easiest examination I've ever taken to date. It's some basic comprehension questions and like 2 actual coding questions. They really are unmemorable.
Lastly, for some reason, there's a third interview that is literally a repeat of the first.
After acing their process, they'll ghost you because they don't have enough roles to fill or something.
