I was emailed by a recruiter who found my CV on a job website. After confirming my interest they called me and I had a phone interview 1 hour later. Standard questions, competency based. They emailed me a day later to set up a face-to-face or skype interview. Went to their office in London, interviewed with the same recruiter, laid back and friendly.
