Interview
To be honest the whole process gave me the impression that they take anyone and everyone. One of their delivery consultants contacted me, had a telephone chat with me, then sent me a Codility test (which I failed). Even though I bombed the test, I was still invited to interview, which gave me the impression that they are just desperate for graduates to join their programme.
I attended the interview and the first conversation was talking about strengths/weaknesses, and why I want to go into finance. Next was a technical interview about technical knowledge, and some brainteasers too. The thing here is, even if you don't know the answer, speak out loud about your thinking, they want to see how you go about solving the problem.
I received an offer the next day. BUT - I hadn't finished uni, so I couldn't join their upcoming training programme. They said they'd contact me before their next one, but they never did. I contacted them a month after the interview, but they couldn't even remember who I was! How unprofessional and unorganised! They invited me to come and interview again. Needless to say I refused.
The interview focused on my training at Mthree.
The topics covered included Linux, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, analytical questions, and situational questions.
All the questions ranged from intermediate to advanced levels, with no easy ones.

Interview
To get an interview I first ahd to pass a test, this was easy enough. Then I did a video interview with standard getting to know you questions, equal opportunity and things. Then they said theyd get back to me in a week or two. Ignored me for a month. I messaged them to ask what the hold up was. They said sorry well get right on it. Then they ignored me for another 3 months . One day I heard back from them and they said they wanted to bring me in for a second interview. I said sure. They have ignored me ever since and to this day I have not heard back from them.

I was subject to an interpersonal and technical phone interview, then interviewed with the client bank on-site. The on-site interview was again a mix of interpersonal and technical questions. Finally I had an interpersonal interview with a senior manager.
