Called up by an MThree recruiter and told about the opportunity. Then I got given 2 assessments to do online. One was easy and was a test of personality and problem solving. The other asked technical questions, that I'm pretty sure I answered badly. Then was invited to an interview in London. The interviewer was friendly and appreciated I didn't come from a programming background. He kept stressing that it didn't matter that I didn't have experience with any of the programming languages they use and it would all be covered in the paid training. Everything was going fine up until this part. They sent me another assessment, which included questions including programming and SQL problems. As I couldn't answer the programming questions, I failed the test and was told I couldn't start the training, but if I taught myself I could start at the next intake. They recommended a website where I could learn about coding, which I did for about a month (paid for by myself) before I then emailed them about it. After I heard nothing back from my email I phoned them and he sent through the assessment again, which I did much better in. I emailed again and heard nothing again until I phoned up. He said he'd organise another interview within a week, but again I never heard back. I then called the office and left a message asking him to contact me, and a month later I still haven't heard back. They got me to learn coding, gave me hope and then ignored me. By far the most disorganised interview process I've experienced.

Phone interview consisting of general questions about work experience and skills, followed by online technical screening, followed by another phone interview finalizing the contract and getting details like benefits and details regarding training and clients.
