I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at mthree in Sep 2020
Interview
The consultancy group is honestly horrible. They just look for qualified candidates to push through and don't really care about you. I had to push, email, call and beg them for updates or information. Even when I was first approached for the job by a recruiter on LinkedIn, they didn't seem genuinely interested in me and barely spoke to me. It was just yeah yeah yeah let me send you an email with the info, etc. The online assessments are ridiculous. The lucky 8's problem that everyone else is mentioning is really difficult for the last 2 test cases. Trust that you most likely will get this problem, so prep in advance. Then, when they schedule your final interview with the client, it'll be an all day thing. Ridiculous to go through a 7 hour (virtual) onsite to still not get the job. Also, I have to add that mthree barely prepped me for info about the specific client group. I went in with information about the company and not about the specific group I was interviewing with - be sure to ask for those details.
