The interview process for Mthree was quite long. They took 5 rounds of interview including the online assessment, GD, technical interview, HR interview, etc. HR round was the final one where you will get to know more details about the Hire-Train-Deploy model that they follow. At this point you are out of the elimination zone for now.
For me personally, they took about 6 to 8 months to start the actual training (the topics/technologies you will be trained on will vary depending on the track you chose earlier), but there were some candidates in my batch whose interviews were cleared 1-2 days before the training started.
The following was applicable for me, as of August 2nd 2025 for the India region. It might be different for you depending on your region, track, and HR:
Once you start with your training, you will get several opportunities to interview at verious companies, fir roles that depend on your track. Mine was Software Development (Java), so I was interviewing for Software Developer and related roles at tech giants like Mastercard, JP Morgan And Chase, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, etc.
Usually you will get 3 to 6 such opportunities total (not per company), and if you are not able to clear any of your interviews, then it is most probable that the HR (multiple candidates from a batch are assigned to different HR's; for me it was two HRs) will stop pushing your profile for upcoming opportunities and you will be silently let go.
If you do clear all the interview rounds (usually 1-3 rounds depending on the company and region) for a company, you will get a virtual offer and can start working full time.
I just got my offer, so I will let you know how involved they are after joining.
