mthree Junior Java Developer interview questions

Horible. A HR lad contacts you on linked in, makes you pass tests and never update you. First they call you to make small talk, then you go through a codin game test. Even If you succeeed they may ignore you. I achieved the test and had to follow up 3 times to get a response. Then they made me do another interview with another HR lad, that told me It was not going to work because of the 2 week notice. I told them I wouldnt do it then I miracously achieved to go throught a technical interview. The guy barely spoke english and asked coding questions that made sense only in his head, but not on paper. I replied based on the giberesh he spited out and I asked sevaral time if im getting the question strait? To which he spate out even more giberish. Conclusion: The HR staff fron New York is completly trash that and will barely know you exist.

I applied and was immediately sent a math test and coding challenge. Both were easy and my recruiter even told me my scores on both. Next was an in-person interview with the recruiter and she outlined everything about the program and was very straight forward with how it would play out. Then, I met with someone at mthree corporate and he just asked about why I wanted to be part of the program. After that, I received an offer. I declined it because it was less than what I was expecting (despite being told what payment I would be expecting) and there was too much uncertainty for something I had to be all in on. Overall, the people were very nice and straightforward but I prefer something more stable.
