Every interaction took about 2 weeks. Recruiter reached out, 2 weeks later interviews, 2 weeks later acceptance, 2 weeks later acceptance letter, 3 week starting time. Hindsight showed lots of temporary changes occurring internally to disrupt the regular process including the recruiter I was using became no longer employed in the process. The interview day involved five to six 30 minute interviews as well as two or three offsite phone interviews.
