Interview
Received a call from recruiter urging me to participate in the process as they need to fill the job asap. Recruiter made common first scrutiny questions. Next day we setup a video interview for the coming week with 3 people including hiring manager. The interview happened for about 90min, but after that never heard from Navihealth again. Recruiter and Hiring Manager would not return my emails or calls. Ghosted.

Describe a situation where you manage a difficult customer situation
Good questions were asked based on my experience based on specific needs for the role. Reasonable expectations were set on follow up, everyone I met with was polite and also very accommodating.
