Applied months ago and recruiter set up initial interview at that time but in about 5 days, she emailed stating the managers had selected enough candidates. A month later, the recruiter emailed because more roles were opened. I completed 2 interviews and the hiring manager in the last one had me under the impression that I would be hired and should hear something shortly from HR. Almost 3 months later, no offer and application still showing interview to be scheduled! Also, the req has been closed and all the hiring done. There must be a ton of inexperienced HR/recruiters. Time and energy wasted….. NaviHealth please do better!
