Explaining each stage of the Cisco design and applying improvements where required. Question reference previous experience like dealing with difficult customers, if you were asked to break internal process what you would do.
I was asked a variety of questions dealing with the position such as: name the 7 layers of the OSI model, know what ARP is, know what SMTP is, followed up by 17-18 more questions. All in all, it was a great interview.

Lots questions about my experience on similar projects, how I would start to bring what I've learned and my expertise into the project, how I would solve some of the challenges they were currently facing in the project.
