My last interview as described above was for a different and lower position...since then I was promoted internally in a different review process, so it might not reflect current applicant's questions. Describe how you would work with an angry or frustrated computer user who has felt their problem was not addressed in a timely manner? How would you both resolve the issue and as well help them to understand how trouble tickets are both generated and prioritized.
