Technical questions weren't that complicated. What was somewhat unexpected is how it was made clear that working for state govt. is very different than private sector. It was made clear that things happen much, much slower and hiring freezes can dramatically affect operations as sometimes there is a critical need for more staff and it just won't happen if the government has done a blanket freeze.
