Interview
I interviewed for a position in patient accounts initially. I then received a phone call inquiring as to whether or not I would want to work in the AR department. I was very interested, so I interviewed with the AR director. The director asked me general questions about my experience and knowledge of the industry and then provided a breakdown of revenue cycle management and the requirements for the position. I received a call from the HR director with a job offer and I accepted. It has been a phenomenal experience ever since.

Interview
A friend recommended I send in my Resume because the company was hiring. I emailed in my resume to the HR department and received a return email the next day with a date and time for an interview. When I arrived for my interview I was escorted to an office where I had met with the department head, shortly into my interview I was told that I was not a good fit for his department but that he thought I was a good fit for another department, he made a quick phone call and told the person on the phone about me then walked me over and I sat down and had an amazing and casual interview with the Patient Accounts Department heads and 2 weeks later I was asked to join the company.
