Was not a question of the hiring process, but after I had been there for over a year and my role was changed, I was asked why I couldn't do the job I was in (keep up with all the tasks) and told that others before me had been able to. I felt backed into a corner whenever they asked me why I couldn't do the job, like the explanation would not make sense or they wouldn't understand it.
Questions were not difficult to answer.
