In the actual interview process, the hiring manager tells you the physical requirements, which involve doing admin work (fling, typing, binding, etc.), making bank runs, climbing a step stool to get supplies, and....cutting fruit. Yep, actually cutting fruit! She goes through the lists and basically asks if you can do this. After she's done giving you this rundown, the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager come in to tell you the same exact thing and ask the same exact questions!
