Everything was pretty expected. I felt like my interviewer was more focused on what question she would ask next then actually listen to my response. I think she was pretty checked out for the process.

I think the most difficult part is not knowing whether or not you will be offered a job at the end of your training. The selection process can be very daunting for students who have attended the classes for several weeks. So, when you go to your interview you have a lot of angst over whether or not you will be selected to join the tax team for that year.
Why I wanted to work at a start-up rather than a fancy "Hollywood" job as I had before. I don't like Hollywood jobs - so for me, this was exactly what I wanted.
