They wanted to know a lot about my personality; you could tell that they not only wanted someone with the job skills, but also someone who would blend well & get along with existing employees. On this side of it, I realize that's what makes the work environment so great. They asked about my faith, how I became a Christian, how I felt about listener-supported radio. They also asked for honesty about why I was leaving my then-current employer and I felt comfortable telling them about the situations that had led to me seeking another job. Overall, the best interview experience I've had in 12 years of radio.
