The first round was primarily focused on getting to know you, understanding work background, and introducing you to Superhuman. For the role playing, 1 scenario was a disgruntled customer and 1 was an uninterested customer. Then, problem solving opportunities about various current apps and using creative strategies on how you could improve them and the client experience.
