Why did you leave your last two jobs and why do you want to leave your current one?
There were no behavioral "STAR" format questions at all....just an open-format run-through of resume and brag book with intense grilling about projects I had completed in the past.
These were mostly behavioral questions, some clinical to obtain a sense of my experience and background in oncology nursing. Nothing really difficult or unexpected.
