Every question was unexpected - the vast majority could have been answered through even the most cursory glance at my CV. For example, I was asked how I would handle writing copy for in-store catalogues given that I 'had no experience outside digital'. I pointed out that I actually had five years of experience with a mail order company, for whom I wrote at least two 70-page catalogues per year, one of which won an industry award.

Complete a case study with limited info they provide you to see how you go about providing solutions. This wasn't difficult for me since I do this daily but I can see how others can have trouble.
Why do you think you'd be a good fit? Tell me about your work experience? Tell me about awards you have won? Tell me how you work with others? Pretty basic questions that were asked repetitively.
