It was a behavioral interview where the questions were based on the STAR format: describe the Situation or the Task you were faced with, the Action you took, and the Results achieved.
Why LinkedIn?
No question interview was over when they ask up front about salary needs. Which since this was the first question they ask makes me believe they know the pay is low.
