Describe a time when you had a disagreement with someone and how did you handle it?
None. Every one pretty much asked the basic questions different ways each time.
I can't remember most of the questions, they were just gauging abilities and asking about real life situations where you had to make a choice, be a leader, plan, etc.
I was asked to explain a situation in which I was confronted with a situation where a customer asked me to solve a problem that I had no control over and how I responded to the customers needs.
They asked me if I was ready to work.
