The questions asked were useful and interesting- mainly about my experience and expectations. There weren't any "trick" questions, which as a professional I appreciate.
First round: Questions about backlog prioritisation. Categorisation of features/bugs/etc. Personality based questions on what drives me etc. Second round: Technical questions about how to manage with a product vision if a customer wants something and the company doesn't want to proceed. HR questions such as "What is your definition of a leader? What would your friends describe you as in one word"? Third round: "If you could have dinner with anybody alive or dead, past or present, who would it be?"
