Who was my back surgeon?
Qualifications, why teach, what areas are you comfortable with, etc- most of these were minor as their setup was very similar to the tutoring place I currently was, which I mentioned during the phone screen and walking in the door, fairly quickly they realized I'd be a good fit due to the similarities.
