Phone Interview: I was asked standard questions like "Why H&M", "What do you like about the company", "What are your strengths", "Are you good with multitasking", "Why are you leaving your current job" then I was asked what is my availability and simple questions like that. One-On-One Interview: My second interview was amazing, very easy, fast and wasn't anything to be nervous about. It was very easy going, they asked me questions where they put me in a scenerio and asked me how I would deal with it. Nothing that you can rehearse but nothing that you have to over think about. The main question was "What do you know about H&M?" Make sure you do your research about this because it is very important.
