They didn't ask any questions in the interview process.
Most of the questions were to see if we were a good fit for each other. Questions such as hours we liked to work, whether we worked from home, types of matters we liked to work on. We wanted to see whether we could work together day to day. We both knew that the other was a good lawyer. We worked together on a mutual client matter. It was more like we were interviewing each other.
We discussed what business I could bring to firm, and what work there might already be for me at the firm to handle.
