They asked me about my professional background: my experience in commercial roles, the types of clients I had worked with, the role I played with them, and my level of specialization in creative areas. They were also interested in the company I founded, the lessons I learned during that stage, and how I was approaching my return to working as an employee. In addition, they dug deeper into my experience working in teams and the specific results achieved in previous projects, both individual and collective

I got an email about proceeding to the next stage of the interview, after sending my CV. I have chosen a time slot on the online calendar to schedule a call and additionally written an email to the recruiter. After one week without a replay and a secend follow up email I was asked to choose time slots again. I have done it two weeks ahead, written a follow up email after two days and then again - and got no replay. Extremely unprofessional and with no respect for the candidate.
