In the first interview, the conversation focused mainly on me — introducing myself and demonstrating how I communicate in both Hebrew and English.
Take home project taking "no more than 3 hours" but I probably spent 10-12 hours on it.
Each executive I met with had their own unique approach, yet there was overlap for this particular role. They all wanted to know how I would handle a hypothetical business development situation - and I appreciated the fact that each of them essentially asked the same question - in very creative and different ways.
