Because the company is experiencing quick tremendous growth, they spoke of processes that they wanted to change to better suit them. There weren't any very difficult questions asked, it was more of an open discussion where my comments and thoughts were weighed.

1. What do you know about our department and what it does for Colorado? 2. What does FLSA stand for? Then there were 24 behavioral questions, most seems to have to do with how would you handle conflict with co-worker, boss, other departments, etc.
How do you handle staying focused when asked to complete repetitive tasks?
They were really interested in who I was as a person and a potential employee.
If I had an irate customer, how would I handle them without making the situation worse.
