Pension related questions such as do i know what salary sacrifice is, qualifying earnings, personal pension allowance, have i completed pension certification and cyclical auto enrolment. What external providers/brokers have i worked with before.
I was asked about my past experiences.
Very typical "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" type questions. And some probing into past experience... RK systems, Plan Design, and so forth. I feel like I got as much info about them as they did me.
