A test assignment was provided 24 hours before the interview. The requirements were to: 1. Prepare for the conversation with "fictional character" to approach the case and to role-play it during the interview 2. Prepare a presentation with additional observations and recommendations for the team. The suggested time to spend on the assignment was 3 hours.
