One question that stood out to me was: “How do you evaluate whether a candidate will be a culture add, rather than just a culture fit, during the interview process?” It stood out because its shows that Playbook values people who enhance and contribute to the culture, not just match what already exists. And I am a firm believer in being innovative and intuitive.
It's clear that they are motivated not just by skills and experience, but are eager to find candidates who are a good fit for their mission-driven company.
