Go based off of a scheduled questionnaire, nothing shocking or hard.
The manager asked me if I had any allergies and if I was ok handling all the animals they carry in the store. He also showed me their back rooms and gave me a very good idea of what type of work I would be doing. I told him I was confident PetSmart would be a good fit for me, and he seemed to really listen and care about what I said.
On a scale of 1-5, 1 being "meh" and 5 being amazing, how would you rate your sales skills?
They asked if I was a smoker because the overnight people get secured into the building and smokers have quit quickly when they realized they could not go out for breaks.
They just asked me about my love for animals.
None of the questions were difficult. Its the same questions that most retail employers ask. They ask you about difficult customer situations, coworker situations, and supervisor situations.
Asked to remember a specific time when a customer was difficult and I have had so many over the years I couldn't recall one in peticular.
