Why are you a good fit? Provide an example of how you set and achieved a long term and a short term goal. Provide examples of when you achieved a personal and professional goal of which you are most proud. They provided some scenarios and asked how I would handle them. (Physician refuses to see me, how do I overcome objections?) The 5 STARR method was helpful to prepare.
