I was basically asked general questions. There were situation type questions but nothing out of the ordinary. I would definitely say brush up on the company and see what they are doing because it makes it seem like you care. Also, since CVS is a retail store, make sure that you talk about retail experience and have a friendly demeanor.
Where did you work before? (keep in mind he/she had my resume the whole time) How long were you there? What do you do now? Can you use a computer? What hours are you looking for?
Strengths and weaknesses? How do you handle stress? We are a metrics company - how quickly do you work? How do you handle escalated issues with patients?
mainly behavioral questions and scenario questions.

He didn't hardly ask me anything, it was the most simple interview I had ever been to.
Like I said before the manager didn't really ask me too many questions. I think he asked me why I wanted to work for CVS and what I thought I could bring to the table.
It was a pretty standard interview
