If there are multiple things to do, and not enough time to do them all, how do you organize yourself and decide which items will be complete?
The first interviewer asked me some questions about sigs and conversions. Like how many ml in a tbsp, tsp, ounce and what does 1 tab q4-6h mean? Pretty basic stuff.
None of the questions was difficult or unexpected. Most were similar to those I was asked when I was first hired on. The closest example to a "most difficult question" was one involving how I handled a challenging customer.

The one question they seem to ask everyone is to describe a situation, in which you had to resolve a conflict: how did you resolve this conflict and still complete the task at-hand?
