What are your strength and weaknesses?
The questions themselves weren't difficult, the problem was that everyone wanted to answer everything right away. The key is to talk to the people around you, just not the interviewer, they want you to interact with each other, not just them.
What is your previous newsroom experience?
If you could sit down and have lunch with any two people from the past and present, who would they be and why?
Most of the questions were about quick learning, availability, flexibility, etc.
Do you have prior marketing experience?
Do you have the right equipment. Are you available at-least 3 days a week?
