Besides the question about interfaces vs classes, perhaps the most exposing question to me was, "Do you consider yourself more of a procedural developer, or object oriented?" In today's fast-moving technology skill set where advanced techniques and frameworks are touted, to admit I have been primarily procedural was a bit humbling; however, I understand I was in the #1 running for the position until they finally decided to simply not fill the position. Needless to say, of course, I did not get the job.
