Basic questions re: work and education background, ability to work with difficult people, interest in role. Also asked to score a student writing sample on provided rubric and to provide feedback on the rubric.

Each phase was a bit different, with the initial email inquiry including pretty standard/generic questions, the first interview was more position specific (experience with students/customer service, professional development, etc.), and the final interview was more of a casual conversation/get-to-know-you experience.

Mainly management based questions for a presentation on management problems. Odd considering the interview was just for industrial experience. There were also technical questions on basic mechanics/dynamics and manufacturing processes.
