The math exam asked questions about percentages and there was 1 question that was more like a riddle.
“if one of you under staff underperforms and doesn't follow your directions but the person is someone who has been working for the company for a long time so he/she knows the system very well and owns a great network relationship with other divisions, then what steps/actions would you take to resolve the conflict?”
Can't remember specifics, but most questions are behavioral style. "Tell me about a time when...."
