The assignment made me write an article, research a company, develop two plans, write personal essays about my career and personal decisions, etc. This involved a significant amount of time spent on research and writing, for which I was not compensated. The interview questions were quite stunted, mediocre, and generic - felt like the questions were pulled off a Google search like "questions to ask a candidate". The interviews were one dimensional, and felt superficial. The interviewers were literally reading the questions of off a screen.
