Current salary and as I didn't want to share that at this early stage in the process, they asked me to stay on so it could be a one on one conversation with the main person asking the questions. I was rather forcefully asked to reveal my salary.

No surprise, classic interview questions about background, skills and motivation. I called my contact in the HR to get a feedback but never received any. Not even a standard refusal email. I travelled twice from abroad to France for these interviews (at my own expense), which led to an overall negative feeling for this company.

Questions are mostly about your academic and professional background, your interests and very focused in the cultural fir within the company: hobbies, topics you enjoy most, etc. Not really technical questions in my case. They really pay attention to what you tell them and make a lot of follow up questions to get to know you better, so do not lie about basic things such as hobbies and interests, because they will ask details.
