salary expectations (they pay 12K ILS a month for the apprenticeship period, then 14K + bonuses). The interview never happened. A recruiter spoke with me and explained about the company and the position. At the end of the conversation she said that they will send me a home assignment and I have the 3 days to complete it and send it back. I did as they asked, they never replied \ gave me feedback \ thanked for my time, they completely disappeared. the 3 Excel questions were solved using functions - SUMIF, SUMIFS, IF. Bidding analysis - For each Ad Group, decide which Bid should be given, The goal is to maximize profit. this was very unclear to someone inexperienced in PPC and no clear instructions were given. Report Analysis - show senior management where the company can grow and where they need to lower or shut down projects, support your arguments with calculations. the main goal is to maximize profit. (again, no clear instructions were given.) It was very time consuming and not worth it since they didn't give me any feedback.
