Questions were hard! This was the most thought provoking interview I'd ever had. I was asked the basics about my experience, I was asked what would I do scenarios, current events, I was asked very specific questions that related to the cruising industry and marketing campaigns.
- How would you evaluate your performance? I answer it by looking at each task but what the interviewer wanted was to look at it from a bigger perspective, say, the overall success of the company as a whole.
Discussing my communications style and perspective. Making sure my values were in-line with the companies and departments goals, which is actually a great question to ask.
Question from PR crisis management: What steps would I take if one of our drivers got in a bad accident and the media enquired on it?
Core values of the company. For example: Tell me about a time you faced some resilience? How do you overcome?
Describe your most successful event and explain why you consider it so? Describe a time when you came across some issues within the planning of the event...how did you solve it?
If you become a part of the PR team and need to source information of competitors in the field, where would you go?
