These are just some I could remember: -Why I left my current job -Why I want to work at iwoca -Guide them through some of my most recent work and explain the design process/involvement/time to deliver / collaboration with dev and other teams -Research methods, insight findings and how/why I arrived at those -Guide them through some work/design I had prepared for them -Feedback on their current products/competitors -How do I work with the dev. / agile environments -How do I work with the mkt team -How do I inspire the team / train them -Talk about design systems / scaling / web knowledge / etc. Throughout the conversation, everyone was extremely friendly, patient and gave feedback at the end.

Describe my experience as Systems Engineer
Recruiter phone screen was very basic. With the hiring manager he simply asked for detail about the current platform I was building and asked about some of the scaling challenges.
None of the questions could be called difficult. A very plain vanilla interview.
